Lynn E Casteel
Lynn Casteel has more than 25 years of investor relations and financial communications experience from serving as the investor relations officer for three publicly traded companies in the 1980s, establishing the investor relations consulting practice at Travers Collins, a marketing communications firm, and co-founding Casteel Schoenborn. He has advised clients from over 30 public companies on a wide range of investor communications issues including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, public offerings and private placements, regulatory enforcement actions and litigation, governance issues, executive changes, restatements and other accounting issues, adverse media coverage and corporate-crisis, IPOs, investor presentations, investor targeting, annual reports and other investor related positioning materials. Lynn earned an MBA in finance from Binghamton University and a BA in marketing from Clarion University. He worked as a Series 7-licensed stockbroker in Pittsburgh in the early 1980s, and joined the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) in 1984.
Jeffrey A Schoenborn
Jeff Schoenborn has more than 20 years of consulting and in-house corporate experience, providing investor relations and strategic communications counsel on matters including executive leadership changes, governance issues, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and secondary offerings, restatements and other accounting issues, adverse media coverage, litigation and government investigations. He has worked with publicly held firms with market capitalizations ranging from under $100 million to more than $80 billion to execute ongoing investor relations and financial media relations programs to achieve corporate objectives and secure full and fair valuation for the companies’ shares. Prior to co-founding Casteel Schoenborn, Jeff served as a senior vice president in the investor relations practice of Travers Collins.  Previously he served as director, corporate communications at Accenture (NYSE: ACN), associate director, corporate communications at Bristol Myers Squibb (NYSE: BMY), and as a director in the corporate/financial practice of the global PR agency Burson-Marsteller, all in New York City. Jeff earned his BA from Michigan State University’s School of Journalism and his MBA in finance from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business Administration. He is a longstanding member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).
Julianne M Senulis
Vice President of Investor Relations & Director of Rating Agency Relations
Julie Senulis brings seven years of in-house bank investor relations and financial analysis experience to the team at Casteel Schoenborn. She directs the firm’s rating agency relations service offering and advises bank clients on communications related to mergers and acquisitions, quarterly earnings, investor Q&A, investor presentations and peer benchmarking. Prior to joining Casteel Schoenborn, Julie served in the finance and investor relations functions at M&T Bank Corp. in Buffalo and LaSalle Bank Corp. in Chicago. During her most recent tenure at M&T Bank, Julie served as a VP in Segment Finance and an AVP in Investor Relations, heading the bank’s peer analytics function. Julie earned her MBA from Canisius College and her bachelor’s degree in economics and history from the University of Notre Dame. She serves on the board of the Junior League of Buffalo.
Vice President of Investor Relations & Director of Media Relations
Kate Croft provides corporate communications support for a range of Casteel Schoenborn clients, including financial institutions. She is responsible for planning and executing public relations and investor relations strategies for Casteel Schoenborn's diverse set of clients, including publicly traded banks with assets ranging from $500 million to more than $100 billion as well as corporate clients in a range of other industries. Prior to joining Casteel Schoenborn, Kate was investor relations account coordinator at Travers Collins. Active in the community, she is currently a member of the Junior League of Chicago and has also volunteered for the Museum of Contemporary Art Jacksonville and the Junior League of Jacksonville. She is also a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI). Kate earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Miami University.
